Hello to all of our family and friends out there. Hope all is well in your parts of the world. I bet that it’s starting to get chilly in some of the northern areas. I wish it was cooler here!! Here it has been as they say “the same old, same old”. Not much going on but I guess that can be a good thing verses craziness and chaos.

Since we don’t have much to write about we thought that we would at least post some pictures to share with you.
Just as I was sitting at the restaurant JR’s across the street making this post a donkey came by looking for a drink of water…had to include this pic!

See that dot our there in the middle? That’s Brian enjoying a snorkel off one of our favorite beaches.
Brian has been sewing lots has made us the most awesome shade cover and comfy pillows for the boat. So we are sporting the harbor now! We spend lots of time on the boat doing little projects here and there so at least we are getting some things done that we need to do before we head out again.
Brian sewing in what he called our own little “sweat shop”. Brian sewed 300sf of fabric in a tight space of about 30 ft…that’s amazing not to mention the man behind the machine!

Other than that we try to take a weekly trip to Puerto Plata to go to the big grocery store so that we can buy things like regular wheat bread, bagels, cheese and veggies that we can’t find here in town like mushrooms….mmmm… I love mushrooms! So we are getting to know Puerto Plata better too.
